Sarutobi, If possible, didn't want to get so awkward with Orochimaru, after all, they had a mentor and apprentice relationship for nearly 20 years.
But who made Orochimaru to already had his own ideas, and went against him.

Orochimaru calmed down as he knew nothing good would come out from anymore talk and made request.

Sarutobi agreed to his request as he knew refusing will only increase the friction between them.

Kozuki was holding the Shusui in his hand and swung it heavily and slashed on the 10 might high boulder in front.

When Uchiha Kawasaki heard Orochimaru words, he taunted back in a mocking tone to Orochimaru.

"Now the land of Thunder and other villages have declared war on Konoha, I'm responsible for the Cloud Village while Stone village has Jiraya and Minato and Tsunade is responsible for Sand Village and Danzo for Kiri"
"There's no place for Uchiha clan with them"
Orochimaru knew that Sarutobi would definitely stop Uchiha from gaining reputation in the battlefield that's why he put them with him thinking that he'll lose for sure.
"You only have 10 Jonin and the rest all are Chunin how can you help us when Sarutobi seems to have given up on you and why don't we Uchiha just stay in the village and protect it and there's no need for us to lose our lives in the battlefield"
"Don't you remember the Senju Clan, all of them died leaving only Tsunade ,I think your Uchiha Clan is no better then them"
Orochimaru told about what happened with the Senju alerting them of the same end.

Kawasaki looked at Orochimaru giving him a dangerous look.
"What I mean is simple your clan will also be destroyed by teacher and Danzo if you don't take measures soon"
Orochimaru told what was the fact as Senju was killed by both Danzo and Sarutobi for there ambitions.(i made this on my own )
"Then what should we do..."
Kawasaki finally gave in as although he was arrogant but not a fool to believe that there Uchiha was better then Senju.
"Help me in the war, if I win I'll be the fourth Hokage and I promise to make you an elder and not only that maybe the fifth Hokage might be from Uchiha"
Orochimaru threw his hole card as he knew Kawasaki would never be able to resist it.
Orochimaru also knew this that even if he wins Sarutobi would definitely not make him the Hokage but he just wanted to control the Uchiha for the war so that he can keep his life against the cloud.
"Fifth Hokage..."
Uchiha Kawasaki eyes gleamed as he could already see the rise of Uchiha.
"Okay we Uchiha agree to cooperate with you"
Kawasaki couldn't resist the temptation of being the Hokage and finally decided to help Orochimaru not knowing he was just used by the mad Scientist.
