Chapter 190: With the objective clear, the search for supplies begins.

Analysis of images transmitted by the drone indicates that the high-threat target is approximately 2.3 meters tall and covered entirely in a layer of grayish-white armor that appears to be bone. Sharp, grayish-white objects are found on its shoulders, elbows, knees, and hands.

Nearby were six more robust, quadrupedal crawlers, and the area around them was teeming with zombies.

The entire mechanical dog squad stopped 100 meters away from the outer zombie horde. Then, the two electromagnetic grenade launchers on the back of the Xuan Tie rose up. Guided by the aerial view, a series of high-explosive grenades flew over the warehouse and landed precisely in the outer zombie horde.

A second later, a large number of 40mm grenades flew from the height and accurately hit the horde of zombies behind the high-threat target.

Platinum's configuration is more simple and unpretentious. He holds a CQB-specific short-barreled QJD-10 electromagnetic machine gun, with a shotgun module attached to the outside of each hand, and a pair of high-frequency daggers in the melee weapon slots below his hands.

The three of them kept walking and soon arrived at the cargo ship at the berth next to them. They quickly climbed up a brand-new boarding ladder and onto the deck of the cargo ship.

Standing on the deck, Lorraine could clearly see three huge, openable hatches. Apart from that, there were only a few 40-foot standard containers piled up in front of the bridge.

Reaching the area beneath the bridge, Lorraine reached out a hand to try and open the hatch. After several unsuccessful attempts, she deployed the laser emitter on her back and used a high-energy laser to cut open the latch of the door.

"Clang"

With a thud of metal hitting the ground, Lorraine reached out and pushed the hatch again. After the hatch opened, Lorraine retracted the high-energy laser cutter and raised his shield to let an unmanned combat team enter the bridge first.

After some reconnaissance, Lorraine lowered the shield he had been holding in front of him and scratched his head in a puzzled manner.

"Judging from the items stored in the galley, this ship should be leaving port soon, but why is there no one on the bridge?"

Listening to the sound of metal scraping together, Lorraine sighed and lowered her hand.

But then, Lorraine received a message from another unmanned team that they had discovered something incredible in the first warehouse!
